Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) with Ground Shipping Method will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM EST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping Times:

All domestic orders shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) have the following shipping methods:

  • Parcel Select Ground: Will arrive in 2-8 business days
  • First-Class Package: Will arrive in 2-3 business days
  • Priority Mail: Will arrive in 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: Will arrive in 1-2 business days

All domestic orders shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) have the following shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground: Will arrive in 1-5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Will arrive in 3 business days
  • UPS 2 Day Select: Will arrive in 2 business days
  • UPS Next Day Air: Will arrive the following business day

    International Shipping Times:

    All domestic orders shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) have the following shipping methods:

    • First-Class Package International: Arrival times will vary
    • Priority Mail Express International: Will arrive in 6-10 business days
    • Priority Mail International: Will arrive in 3-5 business days

    ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

    All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS Surepost. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days.

    Multiple Shipping Addresses

    At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

    P.O. Boxes

    All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

    Duties and Taxes

    In general, duties and taxes are determined based on the type of product being shipped, its value, country of origin or manufacturing, and the classification of the item. Duties, taxes, and fees are payable at delivery, payment of these fees is made to the shipping carrier when the order is delivered. If the total charge is not paid at delivery, the merchandise will be returned to Jessica Wang and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges.
